Healthy & Strong

Kaden likes to work out, he does a variety of things with my weights as well as push ups, crunches and he'll jog around the house sometimes to. It's especially cute when he takes his shirt off. While he's doing his work out he always comes to me and says "mom feel my muscles", as he tries to flex them. When he's eating he often asks "Will this make me healthy and strong?" He loves it when I say yes that is very healthy but even if its something that isn't healthy, it never stops him from eating it. He doesn't do this every day but often. All i know is that he didn't get this from his parents!!
