Makenna update...

...STILL ADORABLE!!! :)

...AND ALMOST 7 MONTHS OLD. Makenna has become mobile without crawling. Somehow between rolling, scooting backwards, and pivoting on her belly she has learned to move across a room. She can get on her hands and knees and looks like she's going to crawl but then flops on her belly. She also has learned to pull herself up to a standing position from her toy basket. Ever since she learned to sit up she has loved to pull all the toys out of her basket. So I just sit her up next to her basket and she's as happy as can be...until now. Now since she can pull herself to a standing position she really isn't strong enough to know what to do next besides fall into the basket and do a huge face plant. She hasn't learned that its not a good idea because she continues to do it. She only wakes up to eat one time and night and then goes right back to sleep. She falls asleep on her own for naps and at night time. When shes fussy she's either tired or hungry which she is semi on a schedule so its usually pretty easy to know what she needs. She has been fussy a little bit because it looks like teeth are going to be coming in, but nothing a Popsicle, cold teething ring or Tylenol can't help. This is a big change from how Kaden was when he was a baby and we are completely enjoying it!!!!
